Tom has 15 years of various construction and renovation experience. He brings a diverse and multidimensional base of knowledge and experience to ProCraft. Tom’s experience includes carpentry and home improvement, facility maintenance, telecommunications installation, custom closets and home organization, commercial project management, General Manager of an architectural millwork plant, and small business owner. He has an education in engineering and Business Management as a member of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s class of 2003. Tom also served his country as a United States Army Veteran. He completed two tours to Iraq, making ProCraft Interiors a veteran-owned business.

Josephine has over 25 years of diversified experience in project management and internal management. Her expertise in maintaining strict deadlines by executing and finalizing each project is seen in her ability to hold each department accountable and maintaining customer satisfaction. In addition she plays an intricate role in day to day operations in maintaining internal policies to ensure organizational techniques and practices are achieved.
